With Pillars II, we are revisiting the rich narrative, beautiful environments, and tactical combat that made Pillars of Eternity one of the highest-rated PC games of all time. Welcome to Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. Obsidian Entertainment proudly presents the sequel to our crowdfunded and critically-acclaimed role-playing game, Pillars of Eternity. Many of these lands have never been charted, while others are inhabited by rich native cultures and a new wave of colonial settlers. Located even farther east than the colonies of the Eastern Reach, Deadfire comprises hundreds of islands spanning thousands of miles - ranging from lush tropics to barren deserts. Some enemies are weaker to one type over the other, so it pays to have a Wizard or other magical person with you at all times. On the same wavelength, you want to have a mix of physical damage and magical.A mix ensures the healthiest folks tank damage while weaker ones stay safe further away. Your party should never be all hugging the enemy, nor should all 5 be trying to attack from range. Have a healthy mixed of close range and long range damage. So, below are a few tips to ensure your party is working well together, and easily! However, this is far from ideal, and only those seeking the greatest of challenges would want to try it.
